Hotel and Transportation Information

The conference sessions and events will be held at Kuwait University (Khaldiah Campus) located in downtown Kuwait. The cost of only five nights accommodation including all meals for the conference keynote speakers and international paper presenters is FREE and it will be covered by the conference organizers. For the international paper presenters, the organizers will pay for one author only (the presenter), other authors must register as attendees. Moreover, we will pay for double occupancy rooms. If you like to have your single room, you must contact the hotel directly and pay the differentce in the price which is less than $100 per night . Other registrants for the conference are responsible for their own accommodation. You may contact the Radison SAS Hotel in Kuwait city to make your booking.  The hotel phone numbers are: Tel: (965) 575 6000    Fax: (965) 575 0155. Transportation will be covered by the organizers only for those who are registered for the conference.


Financial Support

There is a required registration fee for attending the conference. A limited travel support is provided in special cases only. For further information please contact the conference treasurer at the address given above. The budget for the partial travel support is very limited and it will be divided by the organizers among only those who really need it. For this, you are required to fill an application form and fax it to us (Fax: 965 481-7201). The deadline for submitting the partial travel support application is July the 15th. The organizers will consider each case separately and will reply by the middle of September.

The conference registration fee for the attendees covers the cost of coffee breaks, lunches and conference proceedings. One set of notes is included in the fee of the tutorial.

Cancellation Policy

Fees will be refunded in full for cancellations received at least six weeks prior to the event. However, %80 of the fees will be refunded for cancellations received  more than 30 days but less than six weeks prior to the event. No refund will be given for cancellations received less  than 30 days prior to the event. However, substitutions may be arranged at any time.
